I have a background in martial arts, having competed for years as a boxer and Thai boxer. As well as personal training I coach boxing at Islington boxing club, one of the top clubs in the country and I'm currently working towards becoming a fully qualified strength and conditioning coach.

Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer
  • Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor
  • Level 1 Amateur Boxing Association Coach
