Jon has been a personal trainer and athlete for 17 years, training clients and competing around the U.K as a distance runner. Jon is a highly skilled trainer who specialises in weight loss, strength and conditioning, anti and post natal, running, sport specific training and orthopaedic rehabilitation. Jon works closely with one of the countries top orthopaedic surgeon providing rehabilitation and training programs to patients post surgery.

Jon's clients benefit from his continued enthusiasm and drive to improve them, his style is straight talking and informative but still with an element of fun.

As an athlete Jon’s achievements include personal bests of 31:36 for 10,000m, 70:05 for half marathon and 2:43 for the marathon.
