Ali is the founder of NW8 Performance. His passion for sport began at a very early age where his attention was drawn to martial arts in particular, and began training in Thai boxing. He has competed in many full contact fights to this date. Now his passion lies in brazilian jiu jitsu.

Ali qualified as a personal trainer in 1999 and immediately started working with a high profile biomechanics specialist in Miami. There, he worked with professional baseball players working on various techniques to improve their performance. At the same time, he gained experience in training the players following surgery to enable them to recover and resume their sport. Upon his return to London, he started working with the boy band “Blue” for four years, training them all across the world while they were on tour. Ali accompanied the band on most of their destinations making sure that their training remained uninterrupted. Ali is a certified Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialist. Also he has qualified as Kinstretch Level 1 Instructor and Functional Range Assessment (FRA) Specialist.

Ali’s main focus at NW8 Performance studio is on strength and conditioning, and mobility which require knowledge and understanding of sports science. He has a professional and serious approach to his training and ensures that his clients achieve their goals provided that they show commitment and perseverance.
